AZA & BBG INTERNATIONALE AUGUST-LEITERKONFERENZ
August Execs is BBYO’s annual gathering of the N’siah and Godol from every BBYO region across our Movement. During the conference, Alephs and BBGs come together to train on skills and strategies to finalize plans for the upcoming year. The conference will be filled with unique workshops, awesome programs, special events, and an International Business meeting.
Welcome to AZA & BBG International August Executives Conference!
This year's conference will take place from Thursday, August 14 - Sunday, August 17 in Fairfax, Virginia. August Execs will serve as the in-person kickoff to BBYO’s 101st programming year. As BBYO’s core leadership, we have the privilege of focusing on how to lead our communities, strengthen the impact of chapter and community programming, celebrate our chapters, and ensure that as many Jewish teens as possible have an opportunity to experience BBYO in all 725 of our chapters worldwide.
The registration form for Teen Delegates requires payment and travel information. Teens must complete registration by Monday, June 16.
The cost for August Execs 2025 is $450 USD + flights.
If you have questions, email azabbg@bbyo.org.
We'll be planning, learning, and laughing (a lot).
The 101st Grand and 81st International Boards and the August Execs Planning Team are hard at work bringing you all the tools and strategies you need to make this year the best one yet for AZA & BBG. Each day will be filled with group experiences, small group training, time to network, and of course, planning time for your communities.
Of course! If you need the school excusal note, please feel free to make a copy and use this one!
The BBYO Movement is invited to our Inaugural Address and Installations Ceremony on Thursday, August 14 at 8:00 PM ET. We welcome all of AZA and BBG to join us to hear the Inaugural address from our 81st Anita M. Perlman International N'siah, Mercedes Benzaquen, and 101st Grand Aleph Godol, Logan Reich, as well as watch our new Grand and International board be installed.
Tune in via @BBYOInsider on Instagram or on our Facebook page.
Here is the travel information for all confirmed August Execs delegates. You will submit your travel information upon registration. If you have any questions, please let us know.
The Executive Body, which consists of all regional and council presidents, meets in-person twice a year and virtually throughout the year to vote on legislation from you and your peers to move us forward. We update the constitution, vote on our Movement Priorities, commit AZA and BBG to tackling big issues, introduce new campaigns and initiatives, and celebrate major achievements.
One of the most beautiful parts of AZA and BBG is the ability for any member to have a voice in what they'd like to see for our Movement.
